Celebrate National Margarita Day 2026 at Café Pacifico
National Margarita Day returned on Sunday 22nd February 2026, and at Café Pacifico, one day simply wasn’t enough.
From Saturday 21st to Monday 23rd February, we celebrated National Margarita Weekend with a special menu featuring three different takes on Mexico’s most famous cocktail.
Pandi Margarita
The Pandi Margarita was created using Pandillo Blanco Tequila, the first vintage from this exceptional highland tequila producer.
Blended with fresh lime, agave nectar and our three-citrus mist, it was served straight up and finished with Maldon sea salt.
Dale Leve Margarita
For guests looking for a lighter alternative, the Dale Leve Margarita was made using Leve low-alcohol agave spirit, fresh lime, agave nectar and Maldon sea salt.
Available straight up or on the rocks, it delivered the refreshing citrus and agave flavours of a classic Margarita with a lower alcohol content.
Picante Margarita
Those who prefer their Margaritas with some heat could enjoy our Picante Margarita.
Made with El Tequileño Tequila, agave nectar and fresh lime, the cocktail was given a spicy kick with Cholula hot sauce and Tajín chilli powder. It was served straight up or on the rocks.
National Margarita Day in Covent Garden
Whether you preferred something classic, lighter or spicy, National Margarita Weekend offered a Margarita for every taste.
The celebration may be over, but you can still join us for freshly made Margaritas throughout the year at Café Pacifico, London’s oldest Mexican restaurant and tequila bar.
