We reserve the right not to accept any order.
These terms and conditions of sale will apply to all orders placed. They do not affect your legal rights.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately on the date they are posted onto the site.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts unless you live in Scotland in which case the relevant law will apply.
You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to another person without our prior written consent. We can transfer all or any part of these terms and conditions to another organisation but your rights under these terms and conditions will not be affected. If these terms and conditions are terminated by either of us for any reason, neither of us will lose any rights which have already accrued.

The images of the products are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the online store. We cannot guarantee that your monitor/phone’s display of any colour will be accurate. Your products may vary slightly from these images.
All products are offered subject to availability.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All product measurements are approximate only and the packaging of the products may vary from that shown in images on our website.

Certain products on our website are age restrictive.

All our prices are as shown on the online store and are inclusive of U.K VAT.
Our prices exclude any delivery charge. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at check-out.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices, offers, products and their specifications at our discretion at any time.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
SECTION 6 – DELIVERY
Packaging and shipping costs will be displayed to you when placing your order.
Currently, delivery is only available within the U.K. We do not offer delivery to the Channel Islands or any destination outside the UK. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Occasionally, deliveries can be affected by events outside of our control. When this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed of the delivery progress.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any products that are faulty or damaged. We must be notified of any damaged or faulty products within 3 working days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect these legal rights.
When returning any faulty or damaged item to us, please ensure that the items are in their original condition. You must also include the proof of purchase/ order confirmation when sending the items back to us.
We recommend using a registered / trackable service when sending items back to us and all posting receipts should be kept enabling you to make a claim with your chosen carrier for any damage / loss incurred, should you need to.

Upon receipt of the returned order, we will refund you by the same method in which you used to pay for your order.
